The Presidential Press and Information Office's Department of Accreditation and Briefings is now taking accreditation requests to cover the Russia-EU summit, which will take place in mid-May 2009 in Khabarovsk

Requests should be submitted using the media outlet’s official letterhead and must include the following:

- last name, first name and patronymic (in Cyrillic and Roman letters);

- job title;

- series and passport number;

- date of birth (day, month, year);

- place of birth;

- Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation number (for foreign citizens);

- citizenship;

- passport expiry date (for foreign citizens);

- contact telephone numbers;

- place of residence during the event (your own arrangements or the hotel recommended by the Organising committee).

INCOMPLETE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Requests should be faxed to +7 (495) 606–9000 or +7 (495) 606–7377 by 17.00 April 15, 2009.

To book a room in the hotel recommended by the Organising committee, a separate request containing your name, name of your media outlet, as well as arrival and departure dates should be sent to russia-eu2009@prpress.gov.ru
