The message reads, in part:
“This major exhibition traditionally takes place in the Urals and brings together representatives of the leading national design, engineering and manufacturing companies, their foreign partners and guests. Each year, this expo showcases a wide range of displays, including innovative work by Russian designers and engineers. Many of the products displayed here are in high demand in the global market because of their superior quality, reliability, and technical performance.
I am certain that the expo’s busy programme will be of great interest to specialists and will make important contributions to developing international cooperation. It will surely contribute to strengthening business ties, signing mutually beneficial contracts, and successfully implementing joint projects.”
Over 400 Russian and over 30 international companies are expected to display their products at the exhibition, which is taking place in the Ural city of Nizhniy Tagil on July 8–11, 2009.
