During the tour Vladimir Putin was accompanied by German Gref, the head of Sberbank, which is the owner of the new resort facility. Mr Gref briefed the President on the construction project. The facility is designed to provide a full range of five-star year-round spa, diagnostic and recreational services, as well as hotel accommodation. The project architect is Norman Foster.
