In his message to Stephen Harper, Dmitry Medvedev notes the positive momentum of their countries’ bilateral relations, their fruitful cooperation in trade and investment, and in resolution of problems in developing the Northern and Arctic Regions. The message also states that Russia considers Canada to be a reliable partner in the international arena, one that our country actively cooperates with on a wide range of issues.
