The message reads, in part:
“This year, we are celebrating a landmark date: the 90th anniversary of the federal and regional executive branch organisations in the sports and fitness sector. Our country has developed a strong sports education system over this time, with schools to train future Olympic competitors, as well as sports clubs and groups, and has added memorable pages to the global record of sporting victories and achievements.
Developing mass sports and fitness and promoting healthy living among the public are priorities for the state authorities today. We are putting in place a modern sports infrastructure, building new stadiums and ice arenas, and developing health and training centres. Our athletes’ victories at the biggest international competitions and championships give us pride in our country and create a solid foundation for cultivating our young people’s patriotic spirit.”
