The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s development, the global crisis and regional security were the subjects on the agenda.
Following the meeting several documents on cooperation within the SCO were signed, including the Yekaterinburg Declaration and the Joint Communique of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Heads of State.
