The list of journalists accredited to cover the annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly, which will take place at 12 pm on December 3 in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s St George Hall, has been published.
Journalists will enter the Kremlin via the Kutafya Tower (television journalists and photographers from 8:30–9:30 am, and print media journalists from 9:30–10:30 am). Journalists need to bring their passports and press cards, and foreign journalists must also have their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation.
The Presidential Address will be broadcast live on television channels Rossiya and Channel One.
Russian television channels’ accredited mobile satellite stations will be located on Sapozhkovaya Square from 7 am-10 pm.
