Mr Poltavchenko said that the 2015 budget was executed with a primary surplus of around 8 billion rubles. After falling in 2015, the industrial output index rose by around 1.5 percent over the first two months of 2016. The revenue coming in is sufficient to resolve the city’s social issues and meet all social commitments.
