The message reads, in part:

This year, young composers, musicians, actors, film and theatre directors, writers, poets and people of other artistic professions will meet on the Bakal Spit again. You will hold interesting discussions and meetings with prominent researchers, experts and professionals, and you will talk about current issues of concern to society and joint projects.
I am sure you will also find time for friendly recreation, sports and day trips that will introduce you to the unique nature and history of Crimea and its beautiful sights. The forum’s packed programme will also give you an opportunity to realise your creative potential, skills and talents.”
The Tavrida International Youth Forum is being held in Crimea and will bring together about 3,000 people. It will last until August 24.
