Vladimir Putin instructed Russia’s Foreign Ministry to scrutinise information to determine whether there are Russians among those injured in the terrorist attack in Nice, France, and if there are, to provide the necessary assistance to them through the local diplomatic mission.
The President also instructed the Ministry to provide assistance to the family and friends of the Russian woman who was killed in the attack.
