Presidents of all Collective Security Treaty Organisation member states will attend the meeting, except for Kazakhstan, which will be represented by its Prime Minister. In addition, representatives of CSTO’s partner organisations, SCO and CIS, were invited to the session.
The session is expected to result in the signing of a document package alongside a statement by the heads of state, highlighting common approaches to the key challenges and threats of today’s world.
