In Baku, the President will meet with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. The leaders will speak at a plenary session of the 9th Russia-Azerbaijan Interregional Forum and attend the World Judo Championships.
Later Vladimir Putin will visit Dushanbe to take part in a two-day meeting of CIS leaders.
