Vladimir Putin expressed deep condolences in connection with the tragedy in Izhevsk

”The President offers his deepest condolences to all those who lost their loved ones, their children in this tragedy, and wishes a full recovery to those who were injured in this inhuman terrorist act,“ the Presidential Press Secretary said.

Dmitry Peskov also noted that the President had discussed the situation by telephone with Head of Udmurtia Alexander Brechalov Brechalov Alexander Brechalov AlexanderHead of the Republic of Udmurtia , Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova Golikova Tatyana Golikova TatyanaDeputy Prime Minister , Healthcare Minister Mikhail Murashko Murashko Mikhail Murashko MikhailMinister of Healthcare , and Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov Kravtsov Sergei Kravtsov SergeiMinister of Education , who is on his way to Izhevsk.

All the necessary instructions have been given, and emergency planes with groups of doctors, psychologists, neurosurgeons and other specialists have been sent to Izhevsk. All necessary social issues will be addressed.
