The White Cane International Charity Festival is aimed at identifying and supporting young talents in culture and the arts (performing arts) among children and young people with vision impairment (blind or visually impaired).
The festival’s main event is a gala concert, during which children with disabilities perform on stage with stars of pop music, film, theatre, sports and politics.
