The two leaders discussed pressing issues of bilateral cooperation and plans for various multilateral activities in the first half of 2010, including the informal CIS summit in Moscow on May 8, the participation in celebrations of the 65th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Collective Security Treaty Organisation summit in St Petersburg in June, and the St Petersburg International Economic Forum.
