The message reads, in part:
“It is great to see that Perm, marking 300 years this year, is hosting the festival in 2023. The hospitable capital of the Kama region, with its unique diversity of ethnic traditions and cultures, will become a centre of student creativity for several days, uniting gifted young people from many regions of Russia, including the new constituent entities.
I am confident that each of you will find an enjoyable activity and will demonstrate, during the busy contest programme, your talents in choreography, acting, music, journalism and other categories. Most importantly, you will have an incredible opportunity to socialise and network. You will feel part of a big and friendly student family. Of course, as this year is the Year of Teachers and Mentors, I want to express my deep gratitude to the team leaders and heads of youth delegations who support their mentees and help them achieve their goals.”
