The flags arrived in the 2014 Winter Olympics host city from Vancouver and were raised today before the Sochi City Hall. Speaking at the welcoming ceremony, Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia would do everything necessary to make the Sochi Olympics one of the century’s most memorable sports events.
