The message reads, in part:
“Over the years, the forum has reaffirmed its status as an influential platform for detailed exchange of opinion between representatives of the judicial community, and has made a substantial contribution to the development of constructive professional dialogue and to merging and harmonising legal systems.
Today, your activity remains particularly relevant and highly valuable in conditions of an emerging multipolar world order and new global challenges in the political, economic, cultural and legal spheres. During open discussions, you analyse various aspects of the judicial process and prospects for improving court proceedings, and formulate common legal approaches and concepts. This work fully meets our priorities aimed at strengthening integration in the Asia Pacific region in accordance with the principles of international law and respect for each other’s legitimate interests.
During this year’s forum, you will discuss numerous issues linked with the cases of trans-border legal relations and the protection of businesses’ rights in a welfare state by courts. I am confident that your proposals and recommendations will be taken into account in the law enforcement practice.”
