After the inauguration ceremony, Vladimir Putin met with Leonid Roshal, a surgeon, president of the National Research Institute for Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology and president of the National Medical Chamber.
Leonid Roshal is a highly qualified paediatric surgeon, a specialist in emergency paediatric surgery and traumatology, and emergency medicine. He developed methods of conservative treatment of acute surgical diseases in children. Dr Roshal repeatedly acted as Vladimir Putin’s trusted representative during the presidential elections.
