The award winners represent a diverse range of professions, ages, and generations, including Heroes of Russia and Heroes of Labour, participants in the special military operation, and leaders of significant humanitarian, volunteer, charity projects aimed at preserving the rich historical and spiritual heritage and ethnocultural diversity of the peoples of Russia, as well as fostering interethnic peace and accord. Their extensive and vital work constitutes an important contribution to the implementation of state national policy and to the development of a fruitful dialogue between government bodies and civil society institutions.”
