The message reads in part:
“This remarkable holiday, filled with special warmth and sincerity, is widely celebrated across our country. As tradition goes, Moscow will be the centre of the festivities. Today, the capital is once again welcoming children from different Russian regions, as well as from the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus.
I know that the Russian Children’s Foundation has prepared an eventful and diverse programme for the young guests. Boys and girls will be able to visit theatres and concert halls, exhibitions and museums, and learn about the history and landmarks of the Russian capital. Certainly, the Foundation’s effective support for the children of the troops serving in the special military operation deserves enormous respect.
I would like to emphasise that enhancing the well-being of Russian citizens, promoting family values, nurturing the education of children, and fostering an environment where their talents can flourish remain our foremost national priorities. Our future as well as the strengthening of Russian statehood and sovereignty directly depend on the well-coordinated work and fruitful partnership between the state and society on these vital issues.”
