As you may recall, last year was declared the Year of the Family. This year, 2025, has been named the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland. From generation to generation, we pass down the traditions of serving the Motherland, as well as respect for our ancestors’ military and labour achievements.
In Russia, the family has always been and remains the highest value and the cornerstone of society. Supporting motherhood and childhood, strengthening marriage and family as social institutions, and assisting young and large families are among our unwavering priorities.
Today, the nation’s premier venue will host a gala concert featuring songs about love – love for children and parents, for the faithful partners with whom we choose to walk through life, hand in hand, cherishing the family hearth. We will hear the finest songs about love for the Fatherland and the heroes now defending our land, so they know they are loved and eagerly awaited at home.”
