Today, you are fighting in the most dangerous sectors of the special military operation, defending our historical lands – Donbass and Novorossiya. You are actively using your rich combat experience and time-tested tactics, modern weapons and equipment, always acting with high level of professionalism, courage and determination.
The people of Russia are proud of you and your heroic deeds. I would like to express my gratitude to the veterans and military personnel of the Special Operations Forces for their faithful service to the Motherland, unwavering devotion to your duty and oath, selflessness and courage.
