It is gratifying that Russian athletes have once again demonstrated exceptional preparedness, mastery, and team cohesiveness this year, rightfully claiming victory and winning medals at European and world championships.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the laureates – Paralympic athletes, their coaches and mentors, public figures and organisers – on this high and well-deserved award. I am confident that the Return to Life award will continue to fulfil its important and noble mission, making a substantive contribution to the promotion of Paralympic values in our country.”
