The President of Russia wrote the following entry in the distinguished visitors’ book: “The Armenian Genocide Museum is evidence of a terrible 20th century tragedy and a reminder that life is the main value that should be protected by all civilised peoples.”
The memorial complex dedicated to the victims of the 1915 Armenian genocide was created in 1967. It consists of three main elements: the memorial wall, the Eternal Flame, and the Rebirth of Armenia stele.
