Question: Mr Putin, what do you think Moscow will be like in 10 years?
President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Moscow is one of the world's largest cities, you and I are well aware of this. In a metropolitan city like this, as tasks are resolved, new ones appear. This is inevitable as life constantly poses new challenges.
Moscow is developing rather quickly and efficiently. I have the opportunity to compare Moscow with other large world centres similar to it. No doubt, today Moscow has great advantages in how it develops. This is considerably linked to how the city management is organised. I expect this approach to be preserved for the foreseeable future. This will help this large metropolis to develop, primarily for the benefit of the people who live here.
