You have every reason to be proud: in a remarkably short time, you have earned a prominent place at the forefront of the Russian Army. By building on the finest traditions of our special forces and integrating the latest strategic and tactical innovations, you have significantly enhanced the combat readiness of the Armed Forces. You have consistently demonstrated your ability to fulfil complex, non-standard, and often unique missions, acting swiftly and effectively in any environment or situation.
I would like to express my gratitude to the personnel and veterans of the Special Operations Forces for their exemplary combat performance, professional skills, and personal bravery.
Special recognition goes to those currently engaged in missions in the special military operation zone – conducting reconnaissance, operating courageously behind enemy lines, and neutralising enemy sabotage groups along the borders.
I am confident that you will continue to safeguard the security of the Fatherland and its citizens at the highest standard, being an example of loyalty to the oath and military duty, serving the Motherland with honour and devotion.
