Trip to Ulyanovsk Region
Vladimir Putin visited the 31st Paratroopers Brigade and congratulated the servicemen on the upcoming Paratroopers Day. The President watched the paratroopers’ combat training and spoke with the current and veteran servicemen. Mr Putin also laid flowers at a monument to paratroopers killed in the performance of their duty.
