Official visit to the Republic of Korea
Vladimir Putin held talks with President of the Republic of Korea Park Geun-hye in Seoul. Agreements on bilateral cooperation in various areas were signed following the meeting.
Mr Putin spoke at the meeting of the Russian-Korean Business Dialogue, and, together with Park Geun-hye, took part in the closing of the Russia-Republic of Korea Dialogue forum.
The President attended the unveiling ceremony of a monument to Alexander Pushkin in Seoul, and laid flowers at the monument to the fallen sailors of the cruiser Varyag and the gunboat Koreyets in Incheon.
