Trip to St Petersburg
Vladimir Putin met with Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and took part in a meeting of the High-Level Russian-Turkish Cooperation Council. The President also visited the Klimov engine-building plant, where he chaired a meeting on the current state and development prospects of Russia’s aviation engine building sector. Later on, Mr Putin attended the opening ceremony for the 37th World Sambo Championships.
