Trip to Khabarovsk
Vladimir Putin visited one of the temporary shelters for people who suffered from devastating floods in the Far East. The President invited the flood victims to a New Year reception in the municipal recreation centre; among those invited to the reception were servicemen who took part in flood relief operations. At the reception, Vladimir Putin recorded the New Year’s Address to the Nation.
