Trip to Sevastopol. Celebration of Victory Day and 70th anniversary of Sevastopol’s liberation from Nazis

Vladimir Putin took part in celebrations marking the 69th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Sevastopol from Nazi invaders. The President watched the naval and air parade, laid flowers at the Memorial to the Heroic Defenders of Sevastopol in 1941-1942, and attended a gala concert. Also, Mr Putin visited the Cathedral of St Prince Vladimir Equal to the Apostles.
