Trip to St Petersburg
On December 25, Vladimir Putin and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, who was in Russia on a working visit, toured the Diakont high-tech equipment manufacturer and the BIOCAD pharmaceutical plant.
On December 26, the President of Russia attended a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC) and a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council.
Before the SEEC meeting, the presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan held talks, following which joint documents were signed in their presence.
