Visit to Kyrgyzstan. SCO Summit
Vladimir Putin paid a working visit to Kyrgyzstan, where he attended the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Heads of State Council.
The President held a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the summit, and took part in the tripartite talks between the leaders of Russia, China and Mongolia.
