Working trip to St Petersburg
Vladimir Putin addressed the plenary session of the 10th BRICS Parliamentary Forum at the Tauride Palace.
On the sidelines of the event, the President met with Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China Zhao Leji, President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, Speaker of the National Assembly of Tanzania Tulia Ackson and Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
At the end of the trip, the President was shown the results of renovations at the Oranienbaum Palace and Park Ensemble and had a meeting with Governor of St Petersburg Alexander Beglov.
