Trip to Northwestern Federal District. Informal CIS Summit and meeting of Supreme Eurasian Economic Council
On December 24, Vladimir Putin visited the State Hermitage Museum and presented the Order for Services to the Fatherland, I Degree, to the Museum’s Director General Mikhail Piotrovsky. Later in the evening, the President of Russia met with President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
An informal meeting of CIS heads of state took place on December 25.
A Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting was held in the restricted and expanded formats on December 26.
