A draft report that includes an analysis of the current system for providing state and municipal services in Russia was considered at the subgroup dealing with the provision of state and municipal services through multifunctional centres and the introduction of a mechanism for assessing their quality. The subgroup is led by Rostov Region Governor Vasily Golubev. The report identifies the key challenges and outlines prospects for developing a system for providing state and municipal services.
The subgroup dealing with the system of independently assessing the quality of work of organisations providing social services, headed by Pskov Region Governor Andrei Turchak, reviewed the draft report of the subgroup, which analyses the current state of the social sphere and measures taken at the federal and regional levels to improve the activities of cultural, educational, healthcare and social services organisations, as well as the practice of independently assessing the quality of social services.
Participants in the meeting of the subgroup that addressed resettling residents of hazardous housing, led by Head of the Republic of Chuvashia Mikhail Ignatyev, discussed the draft report submitted by the subgroup, which includes an analysis of the mechanism of resettling residents of structurally unsafe housing.
Based on generalised practical experience and problems identified during the implementation of resettlement programmes in 2008–2016, the participants have proposed principles that should underlie the formation of new mechanisms for resettling residents of hazardous housing.
