Taking part in the meeting were President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, President of China Hu Jintao, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiyev, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.
