The forum participants have been addressed by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Justice Minister Alexander Konovalov, Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov, Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov, Central Election Committee Chairman Vladimir Churov, Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina, Human Rights Commissioner Ella Pamfilova, as well as by representatives of the academic, cultural and business communities, outstanding political figures and government officials.
The discussion is expected to focus on political and economic life of the country and on international affairs.
Working at the forum are postgraduates and young lecturers in history, political science, sociology, philosophy and economics from a number of regions of Russia.
