The President will chair a meeting of the Presidential Council for the Local Self-Government Development. The meeting will focus on the progress and the first results of implementing the Building a Comfortable Urban Environment priority project and the involvement of the population in local self-government. Construction and Housing and Utilities Minister Mikhail Men will present the main report.
The President will tour Polyclinic No. 1 of the Kirov Clinical Diagnostic Centre, which participates in the Economical Clinic pilot federal project. It is aimed at increasing the accessibility and quality of care through process optimisation.
Vladimir Putin will also hold a working meeting with Acting Governor of the Kirov Region Igor Vasilyev.
