The President will visit a newly opened general education school – the Bukhta Kazachya education centre, and will meet with the school’s teaching staff and the parents’ committee.
Mr Putin will then travel to the Khersones Tavrichesky national historical-archaeological museum and reserve, where he will visit the exhibition History of Chersonesus in Antiquity, and will meet with representatives of Sevastopol’s scientific and academic community and public associations.
Later, at the 35th Coastal Defence Battery memorial centre, the President, together with participants in the bike show Russian Reactor from the Night Wolves movement will lay flowers at a memorial to the battery’s soldiers.
On the same day, Mr Putin will attend the Opera in Khersones annual music festival.
