The two-day congress opened in Moscow on December 22. It has brought together some 2,500 people, among them 455 delegates from 85 regional offices of the party, heads of ministries and government agencies, State Duma deputies, secretaries of the party’s regional political councils, experts and researchers.
Discussion platforms on key directions of the party’s programme to sum up the year’s results and outline future plans are planned to be organised as part of the congress.
