During the trip, Vladimir Putin will lay a wreath in the Hall of Military Glory at the Battle of Stalingrad State Historical Memorial Museum on Mamayev Kurgan. The President will also lay flowers at the grave of Marshal of the Soviet Union Vasily Chuikov.
Vladimir Putin will make a congratulatory speech at the gala concert devoted to the memorable date at the Volgograd Philharmonic.
In addition, the President will visit the Russia ‒ My History Interactive Museum, where he will view the multimedia exhibition Names from Soldiers’ Medallions and will launch the Battle of Stalingrad virtual quest room project.
