Awards will be presented in the following categories: Common Cause, Helping Children, Confident in the Future, Born to Help, Inspired by the Arts, and Protecting with my Heart.
Some 15,000 volunteers from across Russia and 120 other countries are to attend the forum events.
At the gala concert held on December 6, 2017, to mark the first National Volunteer Day, the President declared 2018 the Year of Volunteers in Russia.
