The participants will sum up the results of the outgoing year declared in Russia the Year of Volunteers, and outline plans for further development of the volunteer movement and socially oriented non-profit organisations.
Along with the leadership of the federal agencies, the parliament and the regions, the meeting will be attended by participants in volunteer and charity projects, invited to report on their activities in 2018.
