On September 11, Vladimir Putin will speak at a grand event dedicated to Moscow City Day, which will be held in Zaryadye . The President will also meet in the Kremlin with Russian athletes – winners and medalists of the Games of the XXXII Olympiadthat took place in Tokyo and will present state awards to the gold medalists.
On the same day, the head of state will make a working trip to the Pskov Region, where he will attend the unveiling ceremony of the Prince Alexander Nevsky with his Retinue memorial.
This historical and cultural memorial will be blessed by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia. Metropolitan of Pskov and Porkhov Tikhon (Shevkunov) and Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky will attend the event.
