Chair of the State Council Commission on Youth Policy, Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area Dmitry Artyukhov, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova and Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Ksenia Razuvayeva will present reports. Proposals will be presented on developing a new strategy for implementing the youth policy in the Russian Federation until 2030.
A seminar will be held on December 21, and attended by members of the State Council and experts: managers of non-profit, research and educational organisations, top managers of major Russian companies and leaders of national youth and children’s projects and movements. The proposals developed during the seminar will be discussed at the State Council meeting.

On December 22, the President will also visit the Youth Centre at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall to learn about key youth policy projects and meet with representatives of youth communities.
Vladimir Putin will also attend the New Year Tree of Wishes nationwide charity campaign, which has become a good tradition.
Held across the country since 2018, the event is organised by the Dream with Me charity project that is part of the Russia – Land of Opportunity presidential platform. Over the last four years, the campaign has fulfilled about 60,000 New Year wishes.
