The Government of the Russian Federation is instructed to create an organizing committee and approve the main activities plan for preparing and holding the WorldSkills Competition world championship in Kazan in 2019, including, in particular, the creation of an exhibition centre in Kazan for holding the professional skills world championship and training the Russian national team.
Instructions to the Government concern establishing the volume and source of financing for the main activities in preparing and holding the world championship, running sectoral championships in line with WorldSkills standards by state corporations and companies with more than 50 percent of shares held by the Russian Federation.
In addition, the Government is instructed to create a Russian national training centre for professional skills, no fewer than six inter-regional skills centres and specialised skills centres in each of Russia’s federal constituent entities, accredited in accordance with WorldSkills standards (by skill groups: industrial and engineering technologies, IT and communication technologies, construction, transport and logistics services, art and design and the services sector).
Individual instructions are given to several ministries and departments.
