The Russian Government has been instructed to speed up the submission to the State Duma of the draft federal law that defines “social entrepreneurship” and provide for its adoption during the 2018 autumn session.
The instructions to the Government also relate to amendments to the law on inspecting small businesses and reviewing financial reports provided by small businesses.
The instructions to the General Prosecutor’s Office together with the Government and the Federal Corporation for Developing Small and Medium Business (SME Corporation) concern the procedure for maintaining the Unified Register of Inspections and comparing its data with the information received from small and medium-sized businesses on inspection results and violations revealed during the inspections.
