The Government Coordination Council on the needs of the Russian Armed Forces, other troops, military units and agencies has been instructed to complete the formulation of the target figures for meeting the needs of the Russian Armed Forces, other troops, military units and agencies in the course of the special military operation, as well as the areas and timeframe of these activities.
The Government and the Defence Ministry are to improve the quality of products supplied for meeting the needs of the Russian Armed Forces, other troops, military units and agencies in the course of the special military operation, and to adjust the standards of material support for the Russian Armed Forces, other troops, military units and agencies in accordance with actual requirements arising in the course of the special military operation.
Instructions to the Government have to do with monitoring the spending of federal budgetary funds on measures taken to implement the special military operation.
The Finance Ministry and the State Council Commission on State and Municipal Administration have been instructed to determine the amount of additional support to be provided from the federal budget to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including those where the medium response level has been introduced.
